FAS Application Form 2025

Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
To apply for FAS, you can do it through any one of the following methods:

1. Download the form and submit the completed form with all supporting documents physically at the school’s general office. Alternatively, you can scan and email the completed form with all supporting documents to the school. Download the form here

You are encouraged to apply by 20 December 2024 to facilitate smooth collection of books and uniform.

Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) Application and Collection of FAS Items

Students who are successful in their FAS application (approved by primary school) can visit the school during office hours from 23 December 2024 onwards

• No appointment is needed

• Please proceed to the General Office with their FAS approval letter and receive the collection forms before heading to the bookstore and other counters

• Please bring along the student’s ez-link card

• A queue number will be issued to the student at the General Office counter
